Aloha! 🐝 Our new hours will begin this week. We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30am-5pm. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. You can also find our delicious honey at the upcountry farmers market Saturday mornings 🍯. Mahalo to you all as we continue to navigate through this challenging time. 💚

After checking on our beehives we are eternally grateful to the first responders, ranch workers, firefighters who built this fire break and saved our beehives. We have been nervous all week concerned our hives were lost but our hives closest to the fire remained safe. There is an outpour of support happening as we all come together to kōkua those who have lost so much. We love you all and we love Maui. #mauistrong #firstresponderappreciation #mahalomahalomahalo

We are happy to announce that we are offering a very limited number of vegetable shares. Yes! It’s the first ever Maui Bees CSA! We are accepting sign ups on the stand beginning today on a first come, first serve basis. Visit us or call us to sign up!

Boxes are $30 a week and available for pick up on Saturday during our open hours. Pick ups begin next Saturday, July 14. We collect one month of payment at the time of sign up.

Members will receive a selection of 7-10 veggies from our fresh Friday harvest. A typical box may include swiss chard, lettuce, beans, beets, radish, celery, squash, cilantro, basil, green onions or leeks, banana, apples, avocado and soon kalo, peppers and corn.

For an extra $10 a week, members can receive a fresh cut bouquet of flowers from our beautiful gardens.

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Your membership supports our efforts to grow our vegetables by the most sustainable and regenerative means. this means that in whatever we do we work to maintain and enhance soil health - it’s fertility, structure and ecosystem. To that end, do not till our beds, we never use chemicals, we make our own compost and fertilizers and save our own seeds. In doing so, we are able to produce a more nutrient dense vegetable! Healthy soil means healthy humans and healthy ecosystems all working together!

This role is best for someone who is outgoing, responsible, wants to connect with a community of people who care deeply about health of the land and of ourselves (both with our crew and our returning supporters), and of course loves bees and honey! This position has room for growth with the right fit. All experience levels welcome to apply. Barista experience is a plus but we are happy to train you how we do things if no prior experience. This past Monday, amazing Farmers from across maui gathered at our farm to discuss soil health and fertility monitoring systems. Many inspiring stories and resources were shared as we work towards bettering the soil that feeds us here from our small farm and other farms across Maui! Mahalo to the other farmers who attended and to the Oahu Resource Conservation and Development Council for contributing to a hivemind mentality of healing through taking care of the land that takes care of us all. 🐝
